Monthly Miracles provides one-time assistance to individuals and families facing housing instability, homelessness, transportation barriers, or relocation needs. Please complete this form so our team can better understand your situation and conduct an initial review of your request.
Submitting this form does not guarantee assistance, an in-person appointment, or payment of any bill. After reviewing your submission, our team will contact you regarding possible next steps, which may include requesting additional information or supporting documents, scheduling an in-person appointment, or recommending other resources that may better fit your needs.
