Monthly Miracles provides one-time assistance to individuals and families facing housing instability, homelessness, transportation barriers, or relocation needs. Please complete this form so our team can better understand your situation and conduct an initial review of your request.
Submitting this form does not guarantee assistance, an in-person appointment, or payment of any bill. After reviewing your submission, our team will contact you regarding possible next steps, which may include requesting additional information or supporting documents, scheduling an in-person appointment, or recommending other resources that may better fit your needs.

Important Update
Due to the incredible growth of our Christmas Miracles event, we have already received an overwhelming number of requests for gift signups this year. While we would love to fulfill every request, we are limited by capacity and must prioritize new clients.
This year, gift signup invitations will be extended to individuals and families who became Monthly Miracles clients in 2024—those we have personally met, vetted, and know to be in need. To ensure that more families get an opportunity for support, previous gift recipients will not be eligible for gifts this year.
